A bit about me
I'm an ICF-certified career, business and ADHD coach, facilitator and neurodiversity advocate. I love what I do and the community I get to do it with. That said, I’ve definitely taken the scenic route to this point in my journey, which is why I’m so invested in helping you with yours.
I spent the first two decades of my working life building brands and leading teams in creative agencies. Then I threw myself into the wild ride of career change alongside my own ADHD diagnosis, cancer treatment, and the pandemic.
I went on to build a portfolio career coaching hundreds of career changers to break into tech, alongside consulting for small businesses to elevate their social impact. It was a rollercoaster ride to figure out how to make a tangible difference to people's lives in a way that worked for my brain.
Time and time again I saw my lived experience mirrored in the challenges faced by my neurodivergent clients. This inspired me to qualify as an ADHD Coach, so I could help others who think differently to find work that they love, and work in a way that supports their lives.
That’s my story so far. I look forward to hearing yours, and figuring out what your next chapter looks like…
