A bit about me

I'm an ICF-certified coach specialising in careers and neurodiversity. I love what I do and the community I get to do it with. That said, I’ve definitely taken the scenic route to this point in my journey, which is why I’m so invested in helping you with yours.

I spent the first two decades of my working life building brands and leading teams in creative agencies. Then I threw myself into the wild ride of career change alongside my own ADHD diagnosis, cancer treatment, and the pandemic.

I went on to build a portfolio career coaching hundreds of career changers to break into tech, alongside consulting for small businesses to elevate their social impact. It was a rollercoaster ride to figure out how to make a tangible difference to people's lives in a way that worked for my brain.

Time and time again I saw my lived experience mirrored in the challenges faced by my neurodivergent clients. This inspired me to qualify as an ADHD Coach, so I could help others who think differently to find work that they love, and work in a way that supports their lives.

I’m from London originally and have made Australia my home. I’m lucky enough to work with amazing clients on both sides of the globe, mostly virtually and sometimes in person.

That’s my story so far. I look forward to hearing yours!
